Food Quality Control and Analysis Associate Degree Program

The lessons in this department are termly and the duration of learning is 2 years. According to Anadolu University Open Education System, faculty students participate to exams four times including intermediate and final exams in fall and spring session. Students participate the exam in the province where they connected the Open Education office The program aims to reach people through distance education and providing the information needs of them.

The need for auxiliary personnel who known Microbiological Criteria and Applications in food will be fulfilled by graduate students.

In order to graduate from program, 30 business days internship must be made. Students attend the laboratory work as face to face in summer period at the end of the second class. The food laboratory work will be held on according to the schedule determined in Pharmacy and Science Faculty, Department of Biology, Eskisehir.

In Food Quality Control and Analysis Associate Degree Program, lessons are conducted by internet-based education system. To conduct of courses in program, academic advisor, e-learning services, and TV education programs are used. The students must have access to the internet during the education time because of the necessity to attend by internet some course in the program. To graduate from the program, students must pass all courses.
