Graduates of the Master’s Program in Lifelong Learning and Adult Education can work in lifelong learning and adult education activities carried out in public institutions, educational organizations, local governments, non governmental organizations and the private sector. Graduates may work as specialists in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of adult education programs. They may also work in lifelong learning institutions under the Ministry of National Education, continuing education centers of universities, vocational training and in service training units, and in the education and social development units of local governments. In addition, employment opportunities are available in the private sector in areas such as corporate training, human resource development, employee training and the design of learning programs for adults. Graduates who wish to pursue an academic career may continue to doctoral programs in educational sciences or related fields. In this way they may work as academics at universities and participate in national or international research projects as researchers or experts.
