3	Establish, manage and develop technological infrastructures for distance education
4	Find and/or produce educational resources that can be used in distance education practices
5	Evaluate learner's success and performance as well as quality of the services in distance education
6	Manage distance education systems and programs efficiently and in sustainable ways

8	Critically discuss the distance education practices in the light of current scientific knowledge bases of different fields
