Faculty of Education | Department of Fine Arts Education | Program in Arts and Crafts Education

Our department started education for the first time in the 1985-1986 academic year as the Department of Arts and Craft Education within the Faculty of Education. From the 1998-1999 academic year, it was named as Fine Arts Education Department, depending on the Restructuring Program of the Council of Higher Education. Our department's academic staff list consists of 7 professors, 2 assistant professor, 1 lecturers and 2 research assistants. All of our academic staff have effective artistic approaches and our lecturers direct students to contemporary artistic activities. Visual arts allow people to share a multilingual world in which they can understand each other. In line with this idea, this program aims to enable students to learn this multilingual approach of the world and to transfer this knowledge in their teaching life.
