Week - 1 1. Week Examining the documents that may be required during the development process of the thesis • Examining documents such as Anadolu University Institute of Educational Sciences Graduate Education and Exam Regulation, Graduate Thesis Writing Guide, Permission and Application Directive for Research and Research Support to be Made in Schools and Institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education.
Week - 2 Week 2 Preparing the research plan for the thesis and converting it into a research proposal • Working to determine the tools he can use for the thesis plan and draft. • Will be able to create a subject-specific literature and theoretical framework.
Week - 3 Week 3 By scanning the literature, various problems arising from deficiencies and gaps in the field of Social Studies education are determined. • It is ensured that the student chooses among the problems by considering his interests, abilities and professional needs. • Performing a comprehensive literature review on the selected problem, clarifying the problem and sub-problems and reporting them. • Establishing the research rationale by referring to the importance and originality of the problem. • Examines current research from different sources. • Examines the similar and different aspects of the studies in the literature. • It describes the gap in the literature. • Writes a problem statement.
Week - 4 4th week Establishing the main purpose and sub-objectives in order to solve the problem and sub-problems
Week - 5 Week 5: Will be able to identify methods and processes for an original research. • Determining and reporting the method and design that guides the research for the thesis by making use of the literature. Distinguish research models. Selects the appropriate research model.
Week - 6 6. Week After preparing the research proposal for the thesis, applying to the Ethics Committee

Week Discussion of the results using the literature • Discuss the limitations of the research. • Comment on whether the literature confirms and falsifies its results. • Discusses future requirements. • Developing suggestions in accordance with the aims of the research by making use of the results. • Makes recommendations for practice and research..
