  • 1 evaluate the emergence and evaluation of the Constitution and the concept of human rights and freedom, and the political struggle relative to human rights and freedoms accepted in the written / unwritten constitutions. 1.1. analyzes the historical process . 2 evaluate the role and the importance of International law for the application of human rights and freedoms. 2.1. analyses the role of constitutions for the protection of the human rights, the mechanisms applied by the international organizations and the function of these mechanisms in force. 3.evaluate the international legal documents which played a dominant role in the evaluation of human rights and freedoms. 3.1. compares the legal documents of United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights , the European Declaration of Human Rights , the European Union's international declarations on Human Rights and Freedoms. 3.2. elaborates the functions of the European Court of Human Rights in terms of the protection of human rights and freedoms. 3.3. questions and analyses on the importance of human rights and freedoms in the comparative constitutional laws.
