Prerequisites The prerequisite for this course is the Graphic Design Fundamentals course (Co-requisite is the Page Design Programs course). This course is compatible with BYN 203 Page Design Course.
Courses Recomended The prerequisite for this course is the completion of the Graphic Design Fundamentals course. It is a co-requisite Page Design Programs course. Basic Journalism course must be completed. This course requires basic knowledge of Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Program.

Assessment methods and criteria In the courses, the instructor introduces and explains the relevant topic every week, based on the course schedule he shares with the students. It is important for students to come to class and actively participate in the lectures and practices (it constitutes 10% of the success evaluation). Students' participation in the course is ensured through sample applications and homework activities shared in the weekly Mergen system. Before the exams, sample activities and problems are shared with the students and feedback is provided to the students so that they can evaluate themselves. A midterm exam is held; In the midterm exam, the concepts and theoretical knowledge covered in the course are asked. In the final exam, three assignments are required: newspaper, magazine and social media design. 1 MIDTERM EXAM (WRITTEN), 1 FINAL (CONSIST OF 3 ASSIGNMENTS)
