Aims of the Course The aim of this course is to develop the creative thinking skills of graphic design students and to enable them to produce original and innovative solutions to problems by thinking outside conventional patterns. It is intended to strengthen students' abilities to be curious, to question, to observe, to establish relationships between different concepts, and to explore alternative modes of thinking. Within the scope of the course, it is aimed that students recognize the fundamental concepts, processes, and methods of creativity, and transfer the knowledge they acquire to visual communication and graphic design problems through practical studies. Thus, the goal is for students not only to produce creative outputs but also to adopt creativity as a conscious way of thinking that they can develop and utilize throughout their design processes.
