#	Field Qualifications
1	Develops and deepens his/her information related to methods or institutions and concepts of the field of private law and its sub-disciplines at the level of expertise.
2	Establishes a connection by comprehending the interaction between private law and sub-disciplines of the social sciences on concepts, institutions and methods.
3	Uses expert knowledge acquired in the field of private law and sub-disciplines in the analysis of issues and problems related to theory and practice of law.
4	Interprets and evaluates expertise level knowledge acquired in the field of private law and sub-discipline along with information related to different disciplines and creates new knowledge from them.
5	Using research methods related to specific field of law, analyses the problems encountered in the law theory and application.
6	Conducts an independent study which requires expertise in the field of private law and sub-disciplines.
7	Develops new strategic approaches and by taking responsibility finds a solution for the unpredictable, specialistic and complex problems encountered in the field of private law and sub-disciplines, and leads to purposeful work.
8	Evaluates expert level knowledge and skills acquired in the field of private law and sub-disciplines with a critical approach and directs the learning.
9	Transmits expert knowledge acquired in the areas of private law and sub-disciplines and current developments relating to law theory and practice to the groups in the field and outside the field systematically in writing and orally.
10	Develops legal concepts and institutions by questioning established law practice and rules of law with critical perspective and attempts to change when necessary.
11	Follows the knowledge on law and communicates and discusses with colleagues using at least one foreign language in the General Level of European Language Portfolio B2 .
12	Uses information and communication technology at advanced level and computer software at the level required by the field of law.
13	Internalizes social, scientific and ethical values during the acquisition, processing and evaluation of information related to private law and sub-disciplines.
14	Develops and teaches the conceptions of ethics, justice, and honesty which are the requirements of being a lawyer.
