# Field Qualifications
1 Develops and deepens his/her knowledge of the concepts, institutions or methods of private law and its sub-branches at the level of expertise.
2 Understands the interaction between the concepts, institutions and methods of private law and its sub-branches and other social sciences.
3 To be able to use the knowledge acquired in the field of private law and its sub-branches at the level of expertise in the analysis of issues and problems related to legal theory and practice.
4 To be able to evaluate and interpret the information at the level of expertise acquired in the field of private law and its sub-branches together with the information related to different disciplines and to create new information based on them.
5 Using research methods related to specific field of law, analyses the problems encountered in the law theory and application.
6 Independently conducts a study that requires specialization in the field of private law and its sub-branches.
7 Develops new strategic approaches for the solution of complex problems encountered in the field of private law and its sub-branches, which are unpredictable and require expertise, and produces solutions by taking responsibility, and leads studies for this purpose.
8 Evaluates the knowledge and skills at the level of expertise acquired in the field of private law and its sub-branches with a critical approach and directs his/her learning.
9 To be able to systematically transfer the information at the level of expertise acquired in the field of private law and its sub-branches and the current developments in the theory and practice of law to the groups in and out of the field in written and oral form.
10 Develops legal concepts and institutions by questioning established law practice and rules of law with critical perspective and attempts to change when necessary.
11 Uses information and communication technology at advanced level and computer software at the level required by the field of law.
12 Internalizes social, scientific and ethical values during the acquisition, processing and evaluation of information related to private law and sub-disciplines.
13 Develops and teaches the conceptions of ethics, justice, and honesty which are the requirements of being a lawyer.
