# Field Qualifications
1 Makes contrubition to the theory and practice of law by publishing at least one scientific article in a national or international refereed law journal or by concluding a genuine work.
2 Improves the contemporary and advanced knowledge about the concepts, institutions and methods of private law and its sub-branches to the level expert knowledge through original thinking and/or research, and reaches genuine definitions.
3 Analyses and evaluates the theory and practice of private law and its sub-branches using the research and/or the expert knowledge gained from the education, and reaches to new and genuine conclusions and ideas.
4 Evaluates and uses the knowledge gained from the research and/or the expert knowledge about private law and its sub-branches with a theoretical and systematic approach.
5 Evaluates the existing concepts or institutions of private law and its sub-branches with a new approach or method, or searches and identifies new concepts and institutions in the light of a new perspective.
6 Introduces solution proposals for legal policy based on practical and theoretical knowledge.
7 Evaluates an existing concept or institution of private law of its sub-branches with new ideas, approaches or methods, or makes a contribution to the theory and practice of law through concluding independently an original work which studies a new concept or institution with an original perspective.
8 Develops new ideas and methods in private law and its sub-branches using high-level intellectual processes such as creative thinking, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making
9 Defends his/her own ideas against experts in private law and its sub-branches in the discussions related with those fields, and communicate effectively showing his/her competence in his/her field.
10 Follows the knowledge on law and communicate and discuss with colleagues using at least one foreign language in the General Level of European Language Portfolio C1 .
11 Using strategic decision making processes, creates functional interaction in solving problems which emanates from the theory and practice of law and effects social life.
12 Participating activities on the track of extensification of honesty,justice and ethical aproach that is required for being lawyer and making sovereign on the society.
13 Introducing the values in the field of law, contributes to the establishment of the awareness of law and justice and to the maintenance of the awareness.
14 Analyzes and evaluates the theories and practices of private law and subdisciplines by using the research and/or expertise level information obtained; thus, reaches new and original coclusions and ideas.
