#	Field Qualifications
1	Has advanced theoretical and practical knowledge that can critically question theories and principles related to a business or learning area.
2	Has advanced innovative expertise skills in solving complex, unforeseen problems in a business or learning area.
3	Analyzes data related to problems in a business or learning area and develops evidence-based solution proposals.
4	Manages complex professional and technical studies related to the field, takes responsibility as a team member in solving problems that may arise in practice, determines the professional development needs of team members.
5	Evaluates the knowledge and skills in the field with a critical approach, determines learning needs and has a lifelong learning approach to meet them.
6	Communicates effectively in written and oral form in the mother tongue and uses a foreign language at least at the European Language Portfolio B1 General Level.
7	Uses information technologies specific to the field at least at the advanced level of the European Computer User License.
8	Shares his/her thoughts and solution proposals for problems on issues related to the field with groups of experts or non-experts in the field, supported by quantitative and qualitative data, in writing or orally.
9	Acts in accordance with scientific, social and ethical principles and values in the stages of collecting, analyzing and announcing the results of data related to his/her field.
10	Organizes and implements projects and activities in cooperation with other professional groups for the social environment in which he/she lives with a sense of social responsibility.
