# Field Qualifications
1 Develops strategy, policy and application plans in the subjects of their field and evaluates the results within the frame of quality process.
2 Evaluates current affairs in terms of national values and country realities.
3 Applies skills and knowledge gained in the field in interdisciplinary studies.
4 Controls data collection, interpretation and publication processes according to his/her societal, scientific and ethical values and teaches these values.
5 Interprets, develops and evaluates the strategy, policy and application strategies related with the field in terms of quality process.
6 Uses computer software required in the field, communication and information technologies in advanced level.
7 Shares field knowledge verbally and in a written format at national and international level.
8 Communicate verbally and in a written format by using at least one foreign language at European Language Portfolio B2 General Level.
9 Scrutinises social relationships and the norms shaping relationships in vocational and professional area critically. Develops social relationships and acts as a leader if change is required.
