#	Field Qualifications
1	Have the theoretical and applied knowledge at a specialist level in an educational science by being based upon the Bachelor level qualifications; enhance and deepen this knowledge.
2	Discuss the interdisciplinary interaction within their field of study.
3	Apply, enhance and deepen the theoretical and applied knowledge at the specialist level which they have acquired in their field of study.
4	Produce new information by operationally unifying the information in their field of study and the multidisciplinary information.
5	Suggest solutions to the problems requiring specialization by using quantitative and qualitative scientific research methods.
6	Fictionalize, develop solutions and solve a problem in the field of study; evaluate the results and apply them when necessary.
7	Develop new strategic approaches and develop solutions by taking responsibility in unforeseen complicated circumstances experienced in the practices of the field.
8	Participate in actively or lead the teamwork related to their own field.
9	Evaluate the information related to their field of study critically and lead learning.
10	Carry out their studies within the framework for lifelong learning.
11	Convey the developments in the field and their own studies systematically to the groups in and outside their field of study through written, oral and visual presentations.
