The program's mission is to train doctors in the field of education for gifted, talented, and creative students; to carry out research on giftedness, intelligence, creativity, and other forms of high ability, and to disseminate research findings.

The program aims to train teachers who can provide education to gifted students, to provide supportive education to gifted student's teachers, to provide differentiated education opportunities for gifted students, to share research findings and knowledge produced by conducting research on giftedness, intelligence, and creativity throughout the country, and internationally.
