4	Analyzes and interprets oral and written texts by taking linguistic, cultural, and terminological differences into account, and performs appropriate translations.
5	Identifies problems encountered in translation processes, evaluates them critically, and develops effective solutions.
6	Relates linguistic and cultural knowledge to other disciplines and incorporates them into translation practices.
7	Makes effective use of information technologies and computer-assisted translation tools in the field of translation.
8	Acts in accordance with professional ethical principles, copyright regulations, and universal values in professional practice.
9	Views translation as a medium of intercultural communication and contributes to social, cultural, and academic interaction.
10	Is open to lifelong learning, sustains personal development, and demonstrates sensitivity to social justice, human rights, and the preservation of cultural heritage.
