1	Uses Arabic proficiently at an advanced level in both oral and written forms; masters different aspects of the language and applies them in academic, professional, and everyday contexts.
2	Translates fluently and appropriately between Arabic and Turkish; possesses knowledge of translation theories, methods, and strategies, and applies them effectively.
3	Recognizes the terminology specific to diverse fields such as media, diplomacy, politics, international relations, law, and medicine; acquires the competence to carry out translations in these areas.
4	Identifies, analyzes, and develops appropriate solutions to terminological, cultural, and contextual problems encountered during translation processes.
