1	Explains concepts related to the field and the relations between the concepts based on the efficacies obtained in secondary education.
2	Identifies the processes, methods and techniques involving the production of scientific knowledge.
3	Is knowledgeable regarding the communication characteristics of persons, groups, masses or organizations and communication problems they experience.
4	Is knowledgeable regarding the concepts, methods, strategies and techniques related to the field.
5	Knows how to use communication media and means competently.
6	Recognizes the structural, administrative and technical characteristics of establishments operating in the field.
7	Recognizes the national, international, social and intercultural aspects of communication.
8	Uses theoretical and applicable knowledge through information sources in the field.
9	Is capable of recognizing and explaining the relations between events and affairs of the field.
10	Explains unique thoughts regarding the field creatively.
11	Develops and applies appropriate communication strategies, methods and techniques based on the communication characteristics, needs or differences of persons, groups, masses or organizations.
