  • Express the characteristics of the written expression skills of the language skills and delayed language skills.
  • Characteristics that affect the development of language and communication skills of hearing-impaired individuals.
  • Expresses the language skill levels and communication methods of hearing impaired people with delayed language skills in written and oral form.
  • Expresses the secondary education environments and characteristics of hearing impaired individuals in written and oral form.
