  • 1. Explains the importance of social and communication skills in the development of individuals with special needs. 2. Defines the basic concepts and methods for teaching social and communication skills. 3. Observes and evaluates the student's performance level to determine the appropriate social or communication skills. 4. Records and analyzes the student's behavior related to social and communication skills. 5. Converts the skill to be taught into a clear and measurable target behavior based on the observation results. 6. Prepares an individualized skill teaching program appropriate for the target behavior. 7. Determines the appropriate teaching method, reinforcement schedule, and tools within the scope of the individualized program. 8. Implements the teaching of social and communication skills in the field, records student performance, and presents it graphically. 9. Evaluates the generalizability and permanence of the taught skills. 10. Prepares a report on the results of the implementation process and shares the findings in a professional manner. 11. Acts in accordance with ethical principles during the implementation process and demonstrates a professional attitude open to collaboration.
